2. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 24 hours. If we fail to send you a confirmation, please send us another email.

3. The confirmation email will contain bank details and for those who chose COD, we will arrange the time and place to meet up. An extra of RM3 will be charged for COD, and RM7 will be charged for courier/postage services for items below 1kg.

4. After receiving payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be announced. We will notify you through email.

5. For heels/shoes, customers are required to make a full payment before we send out the order even if we're meeting up for cod. This is to prevent back-out customers.

Payment

1. Payment can be made through cash deposit or online banking to our Maybank account. COD arrangements will be made through email.

2. Customers have 3 days to make payment before the item is released for sale again.

3. Upon the transfer of payment, kindly provide us through email the details of your payment.

delivery METHODS

1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date.

2. We normally use SKYNET and will notify you through email the AWB no. of your parcel.

3.For purchases above RM200, customers will be given free postage! =)
